My name is Rod, founder of Bodbyrod, fitness coach, expert in Barre, brain tumour survivor and inventor of the #burnyburny.
Back in 2009 I found out I had a brain tumour that almost killed me and I had to undergo surgery. During the following six weeks of recovery I felt how my body deteriorated and I had to rebuild most of my muscle mass. The journey taught me that with a dash of willpower and great energy, we can change our bodies and appreciate life at its fullest.
I am here to help you get the results you always wanted, while having a ton of fun on a journey that will keep your mind engaged and your body guessing.
It is a group coaching bootcamp, where all members follow the same training programme with the opportunity to scale exercises according to the individual level.
This bootcamp is for you, who wants to tone and sculpt your body without the need for access to a gym. Together with the rest of the group we will motivate and support each other to build a good and effective training routine.
The bootcamp lasts 10 weeks.
There will be 4 workouts per week to complete at your convenience. The workouts can be done at home, at the gym or somewhere third.
Additionally there will be weekly challenges that will help challenge you a little extra.
You will only need a resistance band, a light set of dumbbells (2 kg max), and a small soft Pilates ball.
No, all workouts can be done at home. However, you can bring the workouts along to the gym.
The bootcamp opens for applications once per month, you can see the next start dates in the top of the page. The first payment will first be deducted on the chosen start date.
